Your message

When you submit the form, your name, email address, subject and message are sent to the website’s server, then emailed to the Absolutlabs / SOURC3 team through Brevo. This information is used to handle your enquiry and reply to you. The form does not subscribe you to marketing communications.

Your message and contact details are not stored as plain text in the website’s database. The email is sent through Brevo and received in the team’s mailbox.

Form protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to limit automated submissions. This service processes the technical information needed for the security check.

Counters and hashed technical fingerprints are stored to limit abuse and prevent duplicate submissions. They do not contain your name, email address or message as plain text, and have a limited validity period.

Loading animation

A session preference records whether the loading animation has played, so it does not play again on every page visit. It is not used to identify you and disappears at the end of your browser session.

Technical services

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Fonts and images are served with the website. We have not added advertising or audience analytics tools. The hosting provider may process technical data needed to deliver and secure the website.
